TFSI was asked to provide a flood protection solution for the W Hotel in Miami (South beach).  The location experiences flooding events year round due to the inability of the City sewers to handle the volume of water during heavy rain events.   They have tried multiple costly solutions over the past (6) years that have not provided the needed protection and resulted in flooding-damage to the interior of the building.
